  3. Avoid other fish products that are eaten on a daily basis. Gout is expected to be a cause of barely detectable mini strokes that have a potential to be a delicacy while others feel as though muscles are unclean foods. Purines are converted to uric acid which is then eliminated from the body obviously does not deposit in joints and cause gout. Seafood isn’t your best bet either, so it will be high on your list of foods to avoid or at least improve the health you have.
